We all want to eat better and be fit correct? The best way of doing that is healthy snacking! I know while at school you might not always have the best choices but make them right. Instead of getting double bacon egg and cheese sausage biscuit, substitute that for hot oatmeal with fruit or cereal with fruit.
Choosing foods that’ll give you energy instead of making you tired will change the outlook on your day completely.
Also save money by packing your own snacks or lunches. Im pretty sure your school has plenty of microwaves that you can use!
