A few nights ago I made a yummy healthy dinner .
I picked up some chicken breast , fresh green beans and peppers, and some wild rice!
Total cook and prep time 1hour and 20 mins
Steamed my vegetables and seasoned them with basil and some seasonings from my local market
Grilled the chicken breast on the George Foreman grill seasoned with black pepper garlic and oregano topped with a pinapple mango salsa from whole foods ( yum!)
And made the rice stove top seasoned with black pepper and garlic
