Do I even need to say it? It has been a YEAR since my last post. I just feel as though the type of blogging I was trying to do was to much like everyone else, so I stopped. I’ve thought long and hard about the type of post I want to make and I hope you like them, but until then I will make a few final “typical blogger post” to help get the word out about a few of my favorite people + places here in Charleston.
First things first, FRESHFILEDS VILLAGE. I fell in love with them almost 2 years ago while attending a blogger weekend that they were hosting. I made great friends with Trish and told her if she ever needed anything she knew who to reach out to. About a month before fashion week Trish and the team over at Obvsioluee Marketing asked if I would partner with them to be their Fashion Week Correspondent during the Trés Carmen Fashion Week Show, of course I said yes! Trish and the team invited Arial (my photographer) and I out to lunch at La Tela Pizzeria (obsessed) + a day of shopping at Trés Carmen to find the perfect outfit to wear at their show Tuesday night.
Trés Carmen Kiawah a local boutique was showcasing their new pieces during fashion week and thats what I was reporting to the Village! I was dressed by Tré Carmen for their Tuesday night show and boy was it cold!
The show was beautiful! Their show included a lot of long gowns + fun and crazy prints which I’m trying to be all about this summer! I can’t thank the ladies at FreshFields Village + Obvioslee Marketing enough for working with me and my photographer Arial to execute this project! It was so much fun taking over the Freshfields Village instgram during fashion week and I can’t wait to see what we do next year!
Check check mic one two one two, is this thing on?
Until Next Time.
