Before I thought about planning this trip, I couldn’t actually remember the last time I took an actual VACATION! Don’t get me wrong my work allows me to travel to very beautiful and unique places, but I’m working the whole time I’m there so I don’t really get to enjoy what the places have to offer. I shared the idea of a getaway with Megan while we were having lunch one afternoon and we came up with the grand plan of making it a girl’s trip!
At first, we were going to drive there (would’ve have been great for vintage finds!) but realized that a 14 hr round trip drive might not have been the best idea haha. So we hopped on the plane and headed to Palm Beach for a few days! This was Megan’s first time in PB and I was so excited for her to see all of what PB has to offer. I know to some PB is considered a retirement town but something about PB gives me the same buzz I get when I land in NY… can’t quite explain it. I’ve been to PB 3 times since November and it’s quickly become my home away from home!
From the moment we stepped foot onto the property at the Four Seasons, we knew we weren’t going to want to leave when the time came.

Megan and I got checked in, dolled up, and headed down to do what we do best, TAKE PICTURES! The resort was just perfect. The weather during our trip was more on the chilly side, but we didn’t care because we were in PALM BEACH! After we took some photos, we grabbed a drink at the Seaway Bar and picked a cabana to watch the sunset before heading to dinner at Flories!
Seaway Bar
TO DRINK
Reel Margarita
Palm Spritz
Peach Sour
TO EAT
Bang Bang Shrimp
Mexican Street Corn Served with Yucca Fries

The chef in me was so excited to eat at Flories! Chef Maurao Colagreo, who is the chef-partner at Flories, is an Argentine Italian chef from France! I mean hearing that alone let me know that the food was going to be BEYOND. Could you imagine growing up with so many different culinary backgrounds? Chef Maurao does a beautiful job of using his diverse background to create unforgettable dishes! The staff was so friendly! I knew it would be a stretch, but I asked if we could have a tour of the kitchen, and to my surprise, they said YES! You can see that tour on my FS Palm Beach Instagram highlight. We recommend ordering two of each category so that you can get a taste of just about everything on the menu, or you can just eat here every night, haha!

Day two was all about exploring the resort more + Palm Beach! Our morning started with breakfast in bed of course. I ordered the pancakes + green juice and tea. This was my go-to breakfast every morning while we were there. FS Palm Beach has some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had! After breakfast, we got ready to hit the town!
Upon our return to the resort, we decided just to have a night in and order room service + watch tv. I think it was a pretty good decision. We ordered chicken noodle soup (I was prepping for a lot of travel and didn’t want to get sick!) + we also ordered the Tostones and Jicama. We recommend that you ask for chips in place of the jicama 🙂 On our last day at the resort, we took advantage of the spa by booking a couples massage, haha! We recommend getting there 30 mins early so you can take advantage of the steam room + the hot tub before your massage. I was nervous about my massage since I have such sensitive skin and can only use certain oils and lotions, but the staff at the FS Palm Beach were so accommodating. They even offered to go purchase whatever I needed to feel comfortable during my service just in case they couldn’t find something that I wasn’t allergic too.
Needless to say, our stay at the Four Seasons was one for the books! We highly recommend splurging to treat yourself to a stay here, because you deserve it.
