Spending more time at home has allowed me to explore other hobbies that I usually wouldn’t have the time for cocktail making, so when Garden & Gun asked me to make a Mint Julep in partnership with Blade and Bow, I knew it was my moment to shine haha!
A Mint Julep is a cocktail that is enjoyed the most during the spring and summer months, but I honestly think its a great all year round cocktail. Now, I’m going to walk you through the process of how to make your Mint Julep at home 🙂

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Blade and Bow Bourbon
1 tsp. Demerara Syrup
10–12 Sprigs Mint
Ice
(crushed ice makes for a prettier cocktail but cubbed will do just fine!)
If you are more of a visual + audio learner, you can watch my “how-to” video HERE!
Add 8–10 mint leaves to a julep cup and gently muddle to express the oils. Add the Demerara syrup and Blade and Bow bourbon. Top off with crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy!
Cheers!
