Italian is always the way to go on Valentine’s Day but then you add in lobster? Home run!!! Can’t wait for you guys to try this recipe out because I think it’s one of my best!

Ingredients
Sauce:
1 Garlic Clove
1 Red Onion
1 Shallot
1 Jar of Rao Vodka Sauce
Cajun Seasoning
Fresh Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Handful of Grape Tomatoes
Handful of Parmesan Cheese
3-4 Sprigs of Lemon Thyme
Olive Oil
A Couple Dashes of Hot Sauce (Optional)
Pasta:
Butter
Salt
Lobster Tails (already cooked):
Seafood Rub (I used Stonewall Kitchen’s)
Salt
Instructions
Sauce:
1. Halve grape tomatoes and set aside
2. Very thinly slice red onion and garlic and set aside
3. Set pan on medium heat and coat in olive oil (I used PRMRY Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
4. Dump tomatoes, onion, and garlic in the pan and stir until combined
5. Pour one jar of vodka sauce (I used Rao’s) into the mixture and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, cajun seasoning and cayenne pepper into the sauce (Measure with your heart)
6. Add in sprigs of lemon thyme, cover, and let simmer until bubbling
7. Add a couple dashes of hot sauce (optional) and your lobster tails to the sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes
8. Plate with pasta and serve
Lobster:
1. Thoroughly coat lobster tails in seasoning of your choice (I used Stonewall Kitchen’s Maine Seafood Rub) and flaky sea salt
2. Add to the sauce once it is bubbling
3. Plate with pasta and serve
Pasta:
1. Fill ⅔ of a large saucepan with water, put the lid on, and bring to a boil over high heat
2. Remove the lid and add the sea salt and butter
3. Stir in the pasta, then reduce heat to medium heat.
4. When the pasta is tender, drain and add back to the pot
5. Plate with Lobster sauce and serve!
