My 5 Minute “Workout from Anywhere” Routine

I grew up with the importance of keeping my health a priority instilled in me! It ebbs and flows and I’m not going to lie sometimes I get in a rut, but I’ve recently gotten back into working out so here is my go-to quick workout:

  1. Chair dips:  Where there’s a chair, there’s a way!  Chair dips are great for toning your arms and can be done just about anywhere since every hotel room I’ve ever been in has a chair!
  2. Calf raises: I honestly find myself doing these throughout the day regardless of where I am because they’re so easy! Whether you’re on a girls trip, with your family, or solo you’ll always have moments here and there where you’re waiting on someone or something so while you’re standing there you might as well be toning those legs!
  3. Squats: A tried and true one but hey “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” right? I like to bring my resistance bands with me since they don’t take up any space in my bag and bust out a couple sets before I shower in the morning! Literally takes like 5 minutes and I always feel so accomplished after!
