Back again with another recipe featuring Coopers’ Craft Bourbon!
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Stick of Salted Butter cut into fours
- 1/2 to 3/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 4 Table Spoons of Coopers’ Craft Bourbon
- 1/2 tsp of Kosher Salt
How to Sauce:
In a medium sauce pan whisk all of the above ingredients together. Bring it to a boil, continuing to whisk occasionally. Reduce your heat and continue to cook the sauce for 15 more mins. Let set for 10 mins before serving.
How to Roasted Peaches:
This is the easier step! Cut your peaches in half and remove the seed. Put the peaches seed side up on a cookie sheet and roast them in the over at 425 for 15 mins!
