Spring Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Kale
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 green apple
  • Dried cranberries (to top)
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Dressing of your choice

Instructions:

  • Chop your red onion and green apple into desired size (I used my Fullstar chopper it’s the best!)
  • Put your kale in a bowl and drizzle with olive.
  • Massage oil into kale.
  • Add onion and apple into the salad and sprinkle dried cranberries on top
  • Drizzle salad dressing all over and enjoy!
